THE PROBLEM

Every smart device you bring into your home — a camera, a TV, a plug — quietly phones home to a server you've never seen, sending data you never agreed to share. Most people have no way to know this is happening, let alone stop it. The tools that claim to help either ship your traffic to someone else's cloud to "protect" you, or demand a networking degree to configure. Neither one actually puts you back in control.

WHY EDGEDEFENSEAI EXISTS

EdgeDefenseAI started from a simple refusal to accept that trade-off. Security shouldn't mean handing your data to a third party, and privacy shouldn't mean living without protection. The only honest answer was to bring the intelligence to the network itself — watching traffic where it lives, on your hardware, under your roof, with nothing sent anywhere else.

Arun Dass, Founder & Engineer, is building EdgeDefenseAI from New York — designing and shipping the on-device detection engine that powers the appliance, end to end.

WHERE WE'RE HEADED

EdgeDefenseAI is still early — in active development, with a small, growing waitlist of homes and small businesses who share the same conviction: the device watching your network shouldn't be the one you have to watch.
