At EdgeDefenseAI, privacy is not an afterthought. It is the foundational architecture of our product. This policy outlines how we handle data on our website and through our hardware appliances.
The EdgeDefenseAI appliance operates entirely on-premises. We do not ingest, mirror, or cloud-process your raw network data. All traffic observation and anomaly detection happen directly on the physical hardware sitting on your local area network (LAN).
If you utilize our federated learning capabilities, the appliance only shares encrypted, anonymous cryptographic signatures of identified threats with the global network. The underlying data payloads, IP addresses, and packet contents never leave your physical building.
If you choose to use our remote Command Center access, your data is routed through a secure, end-to-end encrypted state mirror. This cloud layer acts strictly as a secure tunnel and identity verification broker (handling device pairing and authentication). We cannot read your traffic logs through this tunnel.
When you join our waitlist or contact us through this website, we collect your Name and Email Address. This data is used exclusively to:
We do not sell your personal information to third-party data brokers, nor do we run cross-site tracking pixels to build marketing profiles.
You reserve the right to request the deletion of your waitlist data at any time. Because your network traffic is never stored on our servers, there is no network data for us to delete. You maintain sovereign control over your own logs simply by unplugging your local appliance.
